Six Morgan in Irvine is the address for the new national headquarters for USA Water Polo. The organization moved to the new building with the city of Irvine’s full support. Designing, Manufacturing, and Installing Sports-Themed Indoor and Outdoor Signage in Irvine, CA
We met with the client to ascertain the organization’s needs. Representatives explained that they wanted to showcase athletes who had participated in the Olympics and won medals over the years. Our team put together a proposal that the client enthusiastically accepted. Next, we went to work on fabricating and installing the products.
Exterior building wall sign. The building sign is non-illuminated and introduces the headquarters of the organization in style. It features the symbol of the Olympics as well as the USA Water Polo logo.
Interior wall mural. It shows the history and development of water polo in the USA. The entire wall mural measures 24 feet in width. It is a fantastic look back at the sport’s history. The artwork includes historical photos and noteworthy facts that explain the sport’s origins as well as highlights.
Several art features. They show competitors underwater. As such, they create compelling visuals for the space and integrate beautifully. Because they display deep blue color plays, they stand out against the white background walls.
Main conference room feature. The mural shows a team in the water and takes up the entirety of a wall. It is a visually attractive feature for the room. Notice the vibrant colors and high-resolution details that make you feel like you are standing just at the edge of the pool.
Main lobby feature. This unique feature shows every medal winner (by team) at the Olympics from 1924 to 2016. The display consists of a collage showing frosted acrylic stand-off signs that note the medal with a decal next to the name. There are 33 signs made of quarter-inch-thick acrylic with cut vinyl lettering. We used 136 aluminum stand-offs to mount them.
