Electrifying WrapWhen Jeff Seale, President of Accurate Electric, came to us with his idea to wrap his company Sprinter van, he already had a vision of how it would look, but he needed expert advice on design and layout. "I don't just want company branding on my van, I want the wrap to really capture attention and to spell out what makes us different", he says. We are a trusted and friendly electrical business, known for safety in the family home. I want that to come out in the wrap design. We went to work on the design concept ensuring it would create impact, but also making sure that his business values would be the essence of the design. Working with Caliber Signs & Imaging, Jeff says, "It has been a pleasure working with the team at Caliber. This is just our first van wrap. We are in the process of purchasing another van and will be working with Caliber again".
4 Tips for cars wraps4 Tips for Car Wraps - Taking Your Corporate Advertising on the Road. 1. Design a wrap that stands out. Choose a color and image that fits your brand in a consistent way. Example, a client’s carpet business had a basset hound as a logo, but he wanted to show nothing but carpets on his truck because he thought people would wrongly focus on the dog. When asked how many people would take a second look with graphics of carpets on his truck, he soon realized the value of getting noticed when the response was low. A carpet was not going to make the truck stand out from other carpet makers, but this design did stand out because of the cute dog. However, it is important to link the graphic into the key message, for example, carpets that are resistant to staining. 2. Add graphics to as many vehicles as possible, whether they are SUV’s, box trucks, pick-ups, trailers. Your mobile advertising strategy will drive prospects to your website so ensure your on-line budget aligns with and fits within your overall marketing goals and objectives. 3. Use a full wrap. Nothing grabs attention as a fully wrapped vehicle. You only have a couple of seconds to grab attention and you can guarantee this with a full wrap. Vinyl letters and partial wraps do not cut the mustard. 4. Do it now! There are still such a low percentage of fully wrapped vehicles on the roads today. It is still a wise and smart business decision to wrap a fleet of vehicles because the mobile advertising market continues to grow. Vehicle wraps today, in Southern California, account for only 0.1% of all vehicle on the road. Over the next 10 years, it is expected to grow to between 4%-7% of vehicles on the road. Car Window Wraps are Cost EffectiveFull vehicle wraps are still the most cost effective form of advertising. But if your budget is tight and you still want to get your business noticed 24/7 on the highways and biways, then consider either a partial wrap or window wrap. These are made from a perforated vinyl that lend themselves perfectly to vehicle windows. They provide a good quality digital print but the print does not block the drivers view; in fact, those inside the vehicle cannot see the print at all and they have full view through those windows.
